[Edit] Background and contextFor decades, in wars, civilians have been undoubtedly killed in wars. In WWI, German U-boats fired on civilian ships. In WWII, both sides bombed the other side's cities, killing thousands of civilians. Recently, terrorists around the world are killing citizens daily as they are calling for change or fulfillment of their demands. The question is: Are these killings moral? |
