Should cartoon child porn be legal?

Background and context

Child porn is illegal. But, many cartoonists are creating magazines and animated cartoons in which children and/or minors are portrayed as having sex, or having sex with or being rapped by older men or women. The question is whether this should be made illegal as well?

• If cartoons depict murder, they can depict child-porn.

• Children would learn more about sex. If children had access to such cartoons, they would naturally learn more about sex as it would not be a taboo subject anymore.
  • Children may see how wrong child porn may be and refuse it later in their lives.

• Child porn could stimulate curiosity. Reading child porn cartoons could persuade children that sex is the best thing in the world, which could result in greater curiosity that may lead to teen pregnancy.

• Supervision. Children could get caught while reading or watching child porn, masturbating, and consequently be punished by their parents/guardians, who do not deem masturbation "appropriate".
