Pro

• Public sex is natural. Sex is not an inappropriate act. Other animals have public intercourse all the time and no one says anything to them. Just because someone said it was bad, does not mean it is. God created sex as a reason. As a form of reproduction. So why ban reproduction? Does it make a difference that it is at a park than in the bedroom of that motel down the street? The answer is no.

• Public sex ban will not prevent STDs.

• Public sex will be had irrespective of ban. So why does the location matter? Why does it have to be private?
